What should I do if my shipment has delay or gets lost?

Were you expecting a Hubside.Store shipment and it is late or lost? Call us on 04 75 45 78 06 or send us an e-mail to: service.client@hubside.store. 

Once you have notified of your problem, our customer care service will contact the carrier i order to find a solution:

  • In case of delay, the delivery will be rescheduled for as soon as possible;
  • If the parcel has been misplaced by the carrier, we will reship your order as soon as possible.
  • The parcel is listed as “delivered” but you have not received it: we will reship your order once we have received your complete claim file.

In the latter case, you will be asked to send us the following documents: a sworn statement that you have not received the parcel and a photocopy of your identity card.
