How do I return my product?
Did you change your mind and wish to return a product?
After delivery of the product, you have a maximum of thirty (30) days to inform us of your decision to withdraw.
To do so, return your product to us, accompanied by one of the following three documents:
- The return form: find all the information to dowload it here
- the withdrawal form: you can find this document at the end of the General Terms and Conditionsc (GTC, by downloading here) or in your parcel, on the back side of the GTC
- A clear and unequivocal statement
You can also send us the withdrawal form or a statement within the 30 days after delivery. After that, you have 14 days to return the product to us.

Tips to send us your product
Send us the complete product (original packaging, accessories, instructions…) in a rigid cardboard box. The product must be adequately protected, with bubble wrap or equivalent protection.
Make sure that the parcel contains the following elements:
- The product
- The return form duly filled in
- A copy of the product purchase invoice, delivered upon reception. You can find the invoice in your client account (tab “My orders” /”See detail” and “See invoice”).
